Stress and Armoring

 

Our daily live is coped with stressful activities, since we born we go through stressful scenarios; birth itself is stressing to the newborn baby. Coping with this is something that we all have to do, some learn in life appropriate ways to deal with this and so it doesn't become an haunting plague that sticks with them in every moment of their life.
