HANDS

Start with the hands at the base of the 3rd finger the acupressure point (Shown by the Red Dot in Image 1) that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and induces relaxation. The parasympathetic nervous system induces feelings of comfort and security, relaxation, sleep and willingness to enjoy sensory pleasures such as eating and sex.

Then we go on the kidney Reflexology point located just below on the palm (Shown by the Green Dot in Image 1) and we continue on the arm by stimulating along the pericardium meridian that works with the liver meridian to improve circulation. Liver function has much to do with the sexual organs.
