Food for Sex

There are many things that you can do to spice up your sex life. Sexual food play is just one of the many things that can make a typical night of sex become an intimate, new encounter with your lover.

There are many foods for sex play. Depending on what foods you have on hand may determine what kind of food play you engage in. However, there are some rules to proper sexual food play. For instance, if you choose the wrong food for sex play you can unintentionally harm your body or your sexual partner’s body.

Many foods, when played with in the wrong manner can cause (yeast) infections. If an infection goes untreated then more damage to the area where the infection is, as well as to the entire body, can occur. This is why it is important to know what foods are good for sexual food play, and which foods are not, before you use them in your sexual play sessions.

Foods to Use

Cucumbers – The cucumber is the food for sex play that is most commonly used. Women like cucumbers because they are phallic shaped. When using a cucumber, it is safer to wrap the cucumber in a condom, and make sure the end of the cucumber is not scratchy. A peeled cucumber should not be used, as the skin is more waxy and easier to slide in and out of bodily orifices.

Smaller cucumbers may be used for anal sexual play. However, a condom should definitely be placed over the cucumber, lubricant should be used, and the penetration should be gradual as not to cause bleeding or any other problems when using this food for sex.

Other foods that can be used like cucumbers (with skin/peels on) include bananas and zucchini.

Chocolate – Chocolate is not only tasty, but a lot of men and women use it during sex. When using this food for sex play, you should be careful. Chocolate is sticky and can clump in pubic hair. It contains sugar and if used on genitals, it can cause infection if it is not removed properly.

This food is best used in melted form. It can be drizzled on the chest, torso, and even lips to create delicious sensations as your partner licks it off your body.

Other foods that can be used for sexual food play include caramel, strawberry sauce, hot fudge, and butterscotch.

Whipped Cream – When people think about sexual food play, they often think of whipped cream. This frothy, food for sex can make the experience quite enjoyable. All it takes is a little squirt from a bottle of a product such as Redi-whip and you will be on your way to tasting the pleasure of the flesh and the whipped cream together.

Again, this should NOT be placed on genitals. It has sugar in it and other products that can cause infection, especially if it is not cleaned off properly. The feminine folds of a woman’s vagina can make it hard to get all of the whipped cream out, so it is best to avoid spraying it anywhere below the waist. This does not limit your use of this food for sex. There are many other places to use whipped cream, and it is excellent for foreplay.

Other foods that you can use for sex include fruits such as strawberries and peaches. However, these are not typically used in the genital areas. Instead, they may be fed to your lover, or rubbed on their lips before a kiss. Some may even use them to flavor skin, such as the nipples, during a sexual food play session.

Foods to Avoid

Here is a brief list of foods you should avoid and rules you should follow during sexual food play:

  • Anything canned that is messy (such as canned ravioli, canned vegetables, etc.

  • Tomatoes and other similar fruits/vegetables

  • Anything Sugary should not be placed on the genitals

  • Grains

  • Eggs

  • Meat in General should be avoided
